I found some old photos I never put online from a show at The Crooked Bayou with Cheap Time, Slippery Slopes and my band, Hot Hands. This was the second time Cheap Time played here, the first time was pretty NUTS (read about that here). This new version of Jeffrey Novak's band was pretty intense, call it hard glam. They give a good rock and roll show, no doubt. Hot Hands opened the show, there are no photo documents to ever turn up. That is always the case! I don't remember if anything stuck out other than we wore matching cookie monster shirts, which I'm sure was pretty annoying. Slippery Slopes were fun with Erik's eye glasses. How funny are those?
