Orlando's Sandwich Bar used to be a sandwich shop from the same people that brought the city The Crooked Bayou. In the short time it's been open it has transformed into a bar- with food as an extra. There's just been a handful of music shows and this was my first time at one. I had forgotten how wild Tight Genes are. Since their hiatus and a few member changes these dudes rock out without seeming like a novelty/joke side project. Tam Tam played an unrestrained Red Bull fueled set that was as funny as it was good. I was unprepared to how great Natural Child sounded. Pure stoner rock that relies heavy on melody over jamming and the fact they totally reworked Steppenwolf makes them modern rock sensations.
